Role overview
An Outbound Contact Customer Success Manager (CSM) supports customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users. CSMs focus on loyalty and long-term relationships, often staying with the same customers as long as they continue to work with Outbound Contact.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate customer onboarding for new customers
- Prepare and execute customer training using Outbound Contact best practices
- Monitor Outbound Contact support queues
- Set up and manage client campaigns for managed clients
- Ensure a great client experience for managed and self-managed customers
- Identify new business opportunities for existing customers
- Continuously improve the customer experience and share feedback internally
Key requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role with a strong customer service/support track record
- Comfort using marketing automation platforms and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Experience designing single image ads and videos in Canva
- Proven ability to build client relationships and hit account goals
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player

Outbound Contact is a fast-growing B2B outreach company. We’re looking for a LinkedIn Paid Ads Manager who can build, manage, and scale high-performing LinkedIn ad campaigns for us and our clients—primarily in SaaS, B2B services, and lead generation funnels.
What you’ll be doing
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: plan and launch targeted campaigns aligned to objectives
- Manage builds in LinkedIn Campaign Manager: targeting, creative setup, budgets, testing
- Optimize for performance, engagement, and conversion
- Monitoring: track CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, conversion rates; run A/B tests
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI
- Reporting: weekly/monthly insights + recommendations for clients/stakeholders
- Collaboration: work with copywriters/designers/strategists; test new formats
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads with $5k+/mo budgets
- Strong understanding of B2B lead gen + funnels
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and ad tooling
- Analytical mindset; translates data into strategy
- Excellent written communication + attention to detail
- Comfort managing multiple accounts/campaigns simultaneously
Bonus points
- Experience with CRM + data enrichment platforms (including Outbound Contact)
- Canva experience (single image ads + videos)
- Experience across verticals: SaaS, consulting, manufacturing, brokerages, etc.
- Creative copywriting and landing page strategy skills

About the role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with deep experience building scalable web applications and strong familiarity with browser automation tools.
System architecture focus
- Frontend: React + Ant Design (or similar UI libraries)
- Backend: Node.js or Django for API logic and task orchestration
- Database: PostgreSQL for storing user data, cookies, and contact data
- Async tasks: Celery + Redis for long-running operations
Required skills & experience
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in React and either Node.js or Django
- Hands-on Selenium + browser automation experience
- Deep knowledge of XPath, CSS selectors, DOM traversal
- Experience with Celery + Redis for asynchronous task management
- Proficient in PostgreSQL (or similar relational DBs)
- Cloud deployment familiarity (AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean) is a plus
