Open Positions

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic & driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and be responsible for finding and screening potential customers who can benefit from our platform and service. 

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls and emails to prospective contacts.
  • Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision makers to begin the sales process.
  • Educate and inform prospects about the Outbound Contact platform.
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Client Account maintenance in CRM database and Outbound Contact campaigns.
  • Collaborate with management to determine necessary strategic outbound approaches and develop a calendar of activities to continually work the prospect list.
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
 

Key Requirements

  • You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing.
  • You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM’s (i.e.. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho CRM).
  • You have a proven track record in building good client relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You are results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player.

An Outbound Contact Customer Success Manager (CSM) supports our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our platform.

CMS’s focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships, and often stay with the same customers as long as they continue to work with Outbound Contact.
  • Leading and coordinating customer onboarding process for new Outbound Contact customers. 
  • Preparing and executing customer training using Outbound Contact best practices. 
  • Monitoring the Outbound Contact support queues. 
  • Setting up and managing client campaigns for managed clients. 
  • Ensuring great client experience for all customers – managed and self managed clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities for existing customers. 
  • Continuously improving customer experience and providing feedback to management. 

Key Requirements

  • You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of customer service and support.

As a Machine Learning Engineer on the monetization team, you can help build cutting-edge full-stack technologies that will transform the way people and businesses connect and communicate. You’ll help develop industry-leading solutions that power next-generation, large-scale platforms and AI services to help connect billions of people around the world.

Software Engineer, Machine Learning – Monetization Responsibilities
  • Develop highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, data regression, and rules based models
  • Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements and create effective feature roadmap
  • Code deliverables in tandem with the engineering team
  • Adapt standard machine learning methods to best exploit modern parallel environments (e.g. distributed clusters, multicore SMP, and GPU)
 
 Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining or artificial intelligence
  • Proven experience to translate insights into business recommendations
  • Experience with Hadoop/HBase/Pig or MapReduce/Sawzall/Bigtable
  • Knowledge developing and debugging in C/C++ and Java
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, PHP, and shell scripts
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to architectural patterns of large scale software applications
